JMSDF Training Squadron
~Port Call at Baltimore, MD and Visit to Washington, D.C.~

Port of Baltimore & Washington, D.C.

 

The JMSDF (Japan Maritime Self Defense Force) Training Squadron is currently conducting an around-the-world mission and made a port call in Baltimore and visit Washington DC from July 26th to 29th, 2010.
On July 26th, after the JMSDF Training Squadron entered Port of Baltimore around 8am, it received Ambassador Ichiro Fujisaki with honor guard salute and participated in the welcome ceremony.  Also, the reception hosted by Rear Admiral Shinichi TOKUMARU, Commander of the JMSDF Training Squadron, was held on JS Kashima, commemorating its port call in Baltimore.
