Foreign Minister's Commendation for 2007

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan announced that Mr. Carl J. Green, Senior Representative, Hitachi, LTD. Corporate Office DC, and former Representative of the Ford Foundation in Japan, was awarded with the Foreign Minister's Commendation for 2007 on July 6, 2007.

The Foreign Minister's Commendation was presented to Mr. Green in recognition of his contributions to the advancement of Japan as an international nation by his promotion of the Ford Foundation's Japan program.
