1. Of the G8 Ministerial and other meetings in 2008, those related to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be held as follows:

 

 

(1) G8 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting: June 26 and 27 in Kyoto

 

(2) G8 Development Ministers’ Meeting: Early April in Tokyo

 

(3) TICAD IV (The Fourth Tokyo International Conference on African Development): May 28 to 30 in Yokohama

 

 

 

2. The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to do its utmost for the success of the G8 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, G8 Development Ministers’ Meeting and TICAD IV.
