Continuing our Okinawa Film Festival at the JICC, we will have another evening of complimentary Okinawan food, awamori cocktails, and film. Beginning at 6:00 pm complimentary food and drinks will be served followed by our film screening of “KaraKara” at 6:40 pm.
Please note that food and drink are prohibited in the auditorium. Guests must be over 21 and present valid ID in order to consume alcoholic beverages.
Pierre, a retired professor in his early sixties who ends up making a short, unsettling trip around Okinawa with Junko, a 40-year-old runaway wife. The confused intellectual would rather not get involved with this unlikely and unexpected lover but decides to follow his destiny, wherever it (she?) may take him.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Please note that seating is limited and registration does not guarantee guests a seat. Registered guests will be seated on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 6:00pm. No admission or re-entry after 7:00pm.
