Kick off the Year of the Rooster with nengajo designs from around the world!
Explore Japanese New Year traditions with an exhibition of about 200 nengajo, or Japanese New Year’s cards, from the seventh annual JICC Nengajo Contest. This year’s contest drew artists from several countries, and their artistic submissions featuring the Year of the Rooster will be at the JICC for the month of January. Come join us to check out these fun cards and make your own nengajo with your family and friends!
The exhibition is free and open to the public. The exhibition will be open to the public during regular JICC hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The JICC will be closed January 16, and 20.
