COVID-19 Policies

Thank you for your continued interest in our programs and events!
Your health and safety is of the upmost importance to us.




Please do not visit if:


  • You currently have a fever or cold/flu symptoms.

  • You have experienced or been in contact with a
    confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 14 days.




  • We ask that all visitors follow these guidelines:


  • Masks are required while inside the JICC.

  •   Present proof of vaccination or negative test from within 72 hours.  

  • Please maintain a safe social distance.

  • Wash or sanitize hands during your visit.

  • Food and drink are not allowed inside.

  • Our current capacity limit is set to 50%.

  • Adhere to room capacity limits for gallery and auditorium.


  • Additional required items for JICC events:


  • Event or registration ticket.

  •   Proof of vaccination or negative test from within 72 hours.  

  • Please note, guests without tickets and walk-ins will not be accepted during events



    • When entering the JICC, please have your mask on and be prepared to present proof of vaccination or a negative covid test.
      Our capacity limit may change based on the situation so we cannot guarantee entry for all guests during regular business hours. During events, we will no longer be accepting walk-ins or guests without event tickets.
