Ninja Academy! Summer Recycle Series

Presented by JICC, Embassy of Japan

The JICC welcomes you to the Ninja Academy! Bring your old clothes to create a ninja headband, mask, armor plate, and ninja tool holder. Create your own shuriken, ninja throwing stars and other ninja tools out of cardboard so you can practice your skills at a fun target game while learning Japanese words!

This is the final event in the JICC Summer Recycle Series this summer to celebrate O-matsuri (festival) season. Please bring your own (labeled) scissors, unwanted clothing, cardboard products, and toilet paper rolls. Please be advised that the JICC will NOT be collecting your unused products.

Materials: scissors, old clothing (long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, socks), cardboard, toilet paper rolls
