Since childhood, a city hall worker Ichiro (Popular Youtuber and Comedian Gunpie) has been fascinated by kaiju (怪獣), giant monsters commonly seen in Japanese film. When the mayor of his overlooked town tasks him with creating a promotional film to boost tourism, he finally gets the chance to fulfill his dream of shooting a monster movie.
