1. Donation Accounts in Japan

Please make checks payable to: Embassy of Japan. Donations will be accepted at the entrance area of the Embassy.

3. Donating by mail
The Embassy will not accept cash donations through the mail. Only checks will be accepted.

NOTE
*Disaster relief donations made to the Embassy will be deposited directly into the account of the Government of Japan, to be utilized in responding to the post-disaster situation in the Noto Peninsula region.
*The Embassy will issue a receipt if requested. Please notify us if you have such a request. However, please note that the donations received at the Embassy are not eligible for a deduction under U.S. tax law.
*The Embassy of Japan will NOT be responsible for lost mail.
